ITES-3S is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract managed by the U.S. Army's Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program. It is the Army's primary source for a broad range of information technology services and solutions worldwide.
