ITES-3S is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract managed by the U.S. Army's Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program. It is the Army's primary source for a broad range of information technology services and solutions worldwide.  We hold the Prime Contract vehicle for this contract thru our Joint Venture company, T-Four, LLC.  This is a Small Business (SB) government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) for information technology (IT) solutions and services, administered by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). It is commonly used across all federal agencies (DoD, GSA, IC, etc.).  We hold the Prime Contract vehicle for this contract thru our Membership in the DV United, LLC Joint Venture company.
